The Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) Office invites you to step into the ICH dream garden at this year's Hong Kong Flower Show! With spring in full bloom, we have transformed traditional ICH paper crafting technique into a dreamlike journey. Bamboo strips and silk fabrics are reborn in the hands of veteran paper-crafting master Mr Hui Ka-hung, blossoming into beautiful and swaying flowers, and even transforming into an adorable rabbit holding Hong Kong-style milk tea. This is a spring dream garden of ICH constructed with paper crafting technique, as if it is telling you a spring fairy tale, letting you feel the warmth of traditional craftsmanship and allowing the paper crafting technique to quietly bloom in the sea of flowers.

The exhibition is also one of the activities in the Chinese Culture Promotion Series. The LCSD has long been promoting Chinese history and culture through organising an array of programmes and activities to enable the public to learn more about the broad and profound Chinese culture.
