To celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Office has invited Mr Kenneth Mo, a paper craft master, to create a number of lanterns that relate to the theme “Chasing the Bunnies under the Moonlit Lanterns”.

This lantern is inspired by the image of rabbit. Both the mythical Jade Rabbit and traditional rabbit lanterns were referenced in an adorable rabbit-themed lantern installation, and were created using traditional paper craft technique. The lantern installation also features sky lanterns, as well as carambola, coloured balloons, goldfish and airplane lanterns, creating an extraordinarily delightful and exciting festive atmosphere.
