"ICH @ Schools" will launch a series of interactive activities about Hong Kong intangible cultural heritage (ICH) on campus, including educational programmes and teacher training workshops. The programme covers 8 ICH items related to Hong Kong's food culture to increase the understanding and interest of students in Hong Kong ICH, as well as to enhance the knowledge and skills of teachers on cultivating students with Hong Kong ICH.

 

The programme is also one of the activities in the Chinese Culture Promotion Series. The LCSD has long been promoting Chinese history and culture through organising an array of programmes and activities to enable the public to learn more about the broad and profound Chinese culture.
