The online programmes introduce the rich intangible cultural heritage of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region to Hong Kong residents, including craftsmanship and performing arts, such as hemp weaving, Niwawu (a musical instrument made of clay), a mouth harp, a Helan inkstone, and a mural painting at the Helan Mountains. Through text and video programmes, viewers can appreciate the unique glamour of Saishang Jiangnan (a prosperous region beyond the Great Wall).
