Hong Kong Intangible Cultural Heritage Month 2025

The Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) Office will organise the inaugural "Hong Kong ICH Month" this June which highlights "ICH Around Town", conveying that ICH is found throughout this small territory. This will serve to give the public and tourists a greater insight into ICH, and enable them to feel for themselves the cultural essence of ICH and the pleasure it brings. A series of exciting ICH-related activities will be held, including carnivals, fun days, an exhibition, a seminar, talks, field trips, workshops and others.

The programme is also one of the activities in the Chinese Culture Promotion Series. The LCSD has long been promoting Chinese history and culture through organising an array of programmes and activities to enable the public to learn more about the broad and profound Chinese culture.
