Co-organised by the Hong Kong Publishing Federation and the Hong Kong Printers Association, and supported by the Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) Office, the "Soaring Creativity - Hong Kong Pavilion" will be open at the "2024 South China Book Festival" held in Guangzhou from 16 to 20 August 2024. With the theme of "Hong Kong Our Narrative" and the sub-theme of "Intangible Cultural Incredible Heritage", the "Creative Corner" in "Hong Kong Pavilion" will feature two ICH items of Hong Kong - Cantonese Opera and Paper Crafting Technique, which have been inscribed onto the UNESCO's "Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity" and the "Representative List of the ICH of Hong Kong" in 2009 and 2017 respectively. Besides introductory text and video programmes, ICH Office has also lent precious exhibits such as Cantonese opera costumes, paper-crafting lanterns, lion heads and unicorn head for display at the "Creative Corner", hoping to let the audience in South China have a better understanding of Hong Kong's ICH.

In addition, books on Hong Kong's ICH are also on display, including publications of the "ICH Funding Scheme". It is hoped that through the display of objects and books related to Hong Kong's ICH, audience in the Mainland can feel the charm of Hong Kong's ICH.
