"Think Beyond ICH" is a 2022 partnership project of the Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) Funding Scheme. It aims to recruit local tertiary students to be "ICH Creative Leaders" to learn about local ICH items, and participate in planning and promoting their preservation and transmission.

A group of young people who are determined to preserve ICH take on the mission of inheriting the culture of fishing villages. They conducted oral history interviews with ICH practitioners, listened to their stories, and understood the life experiences in the olden days and the social background at that time. After several months of study, they used multimedia to record 10 ICH items related to local fishermen. Through creative ideas, these ICH items are introduced to the public in the form of exhibition, so that these precious ICH can continue to be preserved and passed down.
