Vespere Tuen Mun 2025 – Display of Hong Kong's Intangible Cultural Heritage Items

To further promote Hong Kong's intangible cultural heritage (ICH), the ICH Office is the supporting organisation for the "Vespere Tuen Mun 2025".

The event is held at the Tuen Mun Cultural Square from 10 to 12 October, 2025. In line with the food theme of the night market, the event features a display introducing the items from the ICH Inventory related to local food culture, showcasing the techniques of making Hong Kong-style milk tea, pineapple buns and egg tarts. In addition, paper crafting technique and neon tube making and styling technique will also be introduced at the event. In addition to text, images and videos, the ICH Office has also provided a giant milk tea prop as photo-taking spot, adding a lively atmosphere to the event. It is hoped that through the display, the public can learn about the cultural value and significance of ICH of Hong Kong in the bustling night market!
