Education Programme of the "Lost and Sound Exhibition Series"
The Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) Office is launching a brand-new "Lost and Sound Exhibition Series" education programme, designed to help students discover Hong Kong's ICH in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The programme features three workshops on traditional ICH craftmanship tailored for primary and secondary school students, allowing them to learn about rich content of Hong Kong's ICH through hands-on activities. The programme will be conducted in Cantonese and free of charge.
The programme is also one of the activities in the Chinese Culture Promotion Series. The LCSD has long been promoting Chinese history and culture through organising an array of programmes and activities to enable the public to learn more about the broad and profound Chinese culture. Intangible Cultural Heritage Treasure Box: Student Experiential Workshop at the Hong Kong Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) Centre
Through interactive games, workshops, and guided tours, students will engage with local ICH items—such as traditional craftmanship Guangcai (The Canton Famille Rose Porcelain), Patterned Band, and Flower Button—fostering their interest in Hong Kong's ICH.
