The Intangible Cultural Heritage Office and Citybus jointly present the "ICH City Excursion" to offer an ICH-themed open-top bus touring experience. Participants will ride through districts with rich cultural characteristics such as Sheung Wan and the Yau Tsim Mong District to learn about ICH, accompanied by in-bus broadcast commentaries. Set against the backdrop of Hong Kong's scenic urban landscape, this tour aims to give visitors a culturally immersive and memorable experience.

Route

Central → Des Voeux Road West, Sheung Wan (Dried Seafood Street) → Western Harbour Tunnel → Shanghai Street, Yau Ma Tei → Yau Ma Tei Tin Hau Temple → Temple Street, Jordan → Tsim Sha Tsui Avenue of Stars

 

In view of potential temporary traffic control measures by the Police, if the bus is unable to drop off at the Avenue of Stars, the dismissal point will be adjusted to the Tsim Sha Tsui East area.

Result announcement

Submitting the form does not guarantee successful participation. Citybus will notify selected participants by email on or before 23 June 2026 (Tuesday).


    • Free for participation. Each tour has a capacity of approximately 50 participants. As seats are limited, in the event of over-subscription, places will be allocated by the system. Successful registrants will be notified via email on or before 23 June 2026 (Tuesday).
    • Each application can include up to 4 participants. For groups of more than 4 participants, please submit a separate application. Duplicate submissions will not be considered.
    • Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time slot. Latecomers may have their seats released to standby participants.

 

 

Adverse weather arrangement

If the Amber Rainstorm Warning Signal or Strong Wind Signal No. 3 (or above) is in force 3 hours before the scheduled departure, the activity will be cancelled. Participants will be notified of the latest updates via email; please stay tuned to your inbox.
