"ICH Cuisine" Carnival

Hong Kong has long been renowned as a "Culinary Paradise", and is also home to numerous making techniques related to food culture listed in the Hong Kong ICH Inventory. These ICH items are more than just flavors on the palate; they are the carriers of Chinese culture, deserving of both appreciation and preservation.

Themed "Food Culture", the "ICH Cuisine" Carnival aims to acquaint the public with ICH-related food making techniques. The two-day carnival will feature a diverse array of demonstrations and workshops, enabling participants to learn about the making process, have the opportunity to produce ICH food items, and experience the essence of the ICH-related food making techniques through both sight and taste. The carnival will also include performances, fringe activities and photo booth to create a lively and engaging ICH experience for all.
